We Got Tired of Mediocre EdTech.
NerdCroft started from a simple frustration: the educational software available to kids and classrooms was either boring, poorly designed, or both. Games felt like chores. "Interactive" tools were glorified PDFs. Everything looked like it was designed in 2003.
We thought kids deserved better. So we started building it — starting with a handful of tools that were genuinely fun to use, built to the same quality standard as commercial software.
The response was immediate. Teachers started sharing our tools. Parents started asking for more. Students who "didn't like math" were spending thirty minutes voluntarily working through MathQuest levels.
That validation told us we were on to something. NerdCroft is the result — and we're just getting started.
